Meyer Sound JM Series

No one can do every job with only a single tool, no matter how useful it is. In sound reinforcement, the vertical line array has found great popularity in recent years for a number of good reasons. But Meyer Sound looks further, so we built a line of great self-powered curvilinear array loudspeakers, and then turned our attention towards the other major tool in the live sound toolbox: horizontal arrays. It is time to bring point source arrays into the 21st century with the introduction of the JM series.

Meyer Sound JM-1P Arrayable Loudspeaker

The Meyer Sound JM-1P�s precise high-frequency section is driven by a 4-inch diaphragm compression driver, complemented by a 15-inch, long-excursion cone transducer for the low-mid section. Power is supplied by a dual-channel class AB/H amplifier with 2250 W of peak output, while onboard processing includes electronic crossover, comprehensive driver protection, and correction filters for flat frequency and phase responses.
