Shipping / Transit Time

Your order usually ships no later than 4 business days after it is placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know the expected shipping date. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your Standard Ground-shipped order. Most orders typically are delivered within 7 business days. Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery by any day or time, as we have no control over the shipping carriers.

Tracking Information

We post all tracking information to your account, accessible by using your username and password created at the time of order placement. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, and tracking information may be included in the email. All tracking information is posted as soon as it is available, however, on certain drop-shipped items we may not receive tracking information before your order is delivered.

Shipping Methods

We use FedEx Ground and UPS for most orders. The default delivery method is Standard Ground. Delivery times will vary based on the method of shipment and your location. Shipping costs vary depending on the total value of your order, and your location. Heavy items may require a freight carrier. You will be notified in advance of delivery if your shipment will be delivered by freight carrier.

The following are Shipping Methods for shipments within the contiguous 48 States:

Standard Ground - Most items can be shipped to addresses in the 48 continental United States via Standard Ground service. You can generally expect your order to arrive within 7 to 10 business days. We generally ship Standard Ground orders via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

Expedited Shipping
Generally, you may upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight service). If you upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 2 pm EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

How to Upgrade To Expedited Shipping
Enter a brief note specifying your request in the notes section as you check out, and you will be contacted with the additional shipping cost.

Shipping charges for expedited orders will be adjusted to reflect actual shipping costs. You will be contacted for approval if the shipping charges are to be adjusted.

Expedited 3-Day - Expedited 3-Day shipments will ship the same day if the order is received prior to 2:00 pm EST. You can expect to receive your 3-Day shipment within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order.

2nd Day Air - 2nd Day Air shipments will ship the same day if the order is received prior to 2:00 pm EST. You can expect to receive your 2nd Day Air shipment within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order.

Next Day Air - Next Day Air is generally delivered the following business day, usually in the afternoon, if we receive your order by 2:00 pm EST. Next Day Air is not available for Saturday delivery except under special circumstances. If you require Saturday Delivery, please contact us at 866-460-2569 as there is an additional surcharge for this service. Also, Next Day Air delivery may not be available to certain remote locations.
