All Sales are final. We do not provide products for evaluation purposes. ProAVmax.com
strives to provide full product information for each item we carry. This includes
product specifications and cut sheets from the manufacturer. Please read these
items before purchasing an item to make sure that it fits your specific application.

Items that are not returnable for any reason: (Unless
covered by our Exchange Policy)
- Built-to-Order or Custom Configured Items (including but not limited to wood
and ATA Racks & Cases, Custom Snakes and Cables, most speakers that have
a wood enclosure, modified or specially painted items, built to order Trussing)
- Close Out or Discontinued Items
- Items purchased on Bids or Contracts (including Purchase Orders)
- Personal Items (including but not limited to in-ear buds, microphones and
headphones)
- Replacement parts (including raw speakers and drivers)
- Special Order Items (Items that we do not typically keep in stock. Drop shipped
items are not necessarily a special order item),
- Training Videos
- Used Items
Restocking Fees For Williams Sound Returns: We honor the
money-back guarantees of certain manufacturers, if so stated on the product
page. In the event of such a return, there is a minimum processing fee of $30
or 15% of the purchase price (whichever is greater), less the difference in the shipping cost paid by the customer and the actual shipping cost. Items originally sent via "free shipping", will be
charged our actual ground shipping cost. These shipping costs will be deducted
from the refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return
the product.
All Other Returns: When a product is not covered
by a manufacturer's money-back guarantee, it is generally not returnable to ProAVmax.com. However, at our discretion, we may choose to
accept a return, within 15 days of customer receipt of order, and issue a store credit consisting of the purchase price less a $30 or 20% (whichever
is greater) restocking fee. Items originally sent via "free shipping",
will be charged our actual ground shipping cost. Shipping costs will be deducted
from the store credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to
return the product.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed in the instance an incorrect product was shipped,
received defective or a product was received damaged. ProAVmax.com will strive
to quickly resolve such instances. Any item being exchanged because the item
was incorrectly shipped, received defective or was damaged in shipping, must
be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials,
inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Items
missing accessories, factory packaging, inserts and manuals, warranty cards
(not filled out), and accessories or that have sustained damage while in the
possession of the customer, will be assessed a restocking fee to cover our cost
to restore or, depending on the extent of the damage, replace the item. The
restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
All exchanges must be pre-approved and have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number. You can obtain an RMA number by emailing our customer service or calling
ProAVmax Customer Service at (866) 460-2569 (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Arizona time). Upon approval, the exchange will be assigned an RMA number. RMA
numbers MUST be requested within three (3) days of delivery of order. This number
must be visible on the outside of the returning package(s). All returns must
be received within ten (10) days from the date the RMA is issued. All returns
are subject to inspection. No returns will be authorized and accepted for any
reason after three (3) days following the date the shipment was received. Any
merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused. Sorry, we
cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. ProAVmax.com will issue a call
tag for returning merchandise. Items authorized for return must be double boxed
and returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials,
inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please
write the RMA Number on the outside of the shipping box.
Once the authorized and returned item(s) is received by ProAVmax.com, we will
ship a replacement of the item(s) to the customer using the same shipping method
of the original order, at no additional expense to the customer. If there is
any availability issue on the item(s), the customer will be notified with the
anticipated shipping date.
Packaging an item:
Items authorized for return must be double boxed and returned in original factory
condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty
cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please write the RMA Number on the
outside of the shipping box.
Defective Items:
Each product is warranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise).
The complete warranty is included with the product. In most cases the manufacturer's
warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts. Please see manufacturers
website for complete infromation on the warranty for your product.
In certain circumstances, we may honor a manufacturer's money-back guarantee
and/or return policy, provided the manufacturer's criteria has been met and
approved for return by the manufacturer - see manufacturer for details.
